Linux 2.6 is less than 1/3 as vulnerable to remote network attacks as Windows XP

18% of attacks were remoately exploitable vs 60%. Source Secunia.

hmmm.. interesting . Havent had my linux machine under attack .. before :/

Mine are all constantly attacked. Linux and the services involved are typically sufficiently robust that you’ll rarely notice it.
