Unexpected drag'n'drop goodness KDE-to-GIMP

Drag and drop from KDE apps to The GIMP works. Dragging and dropping a bunch of images opens them all. Dragging to KDE apps half-works; KMail wants to know whether to attach a link or the file, but then can’t find the file.
