The better half of the neighbours/landlords is a Laotian whose name is pronounced “No”; her best friend is pronounced “You”, and her son is “I” (or “Aye”). Conversations can be... odd. Shane (the worse half) reckons that having a “Yes” (as in “Aye, Aye”) and a “No” in the house can be a bit disorienting. (-:
